Throughout his career, Sarath has held multiple high-level roles such as Executive Partner, Director, CFO and Tax Advisor.
Sarath is a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Charted Accountants of England and Wales, ACCA & ICASL.
With a deep understanding of Tax Law (QFC and GTA), QFC Regulations, AML/CFT Law, IFRS, IASs and Companies Commercial Law, Sarath is a highly skilled professional adept at navigating complex regulatory environments.
Sarath has significantly contributed to remodeling the group’s legal and operational structure to achieve effective tax planning and enhance internal control within financial reporting.
