A New Step Towards Scaling Qalan Group
Praise be to Allah for giving us the chance to grow the Qalan Group project in Eastern markets. This is an amazing region with over 300 million people who share a common language — Fus’ha.
Three months ago, we started exploring the opportunities in Arab countries.
Now, we have taken an important step: we successfully registered the Qalan Group holding company in Qatar under the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority framework. A big thank you to Sarath Kumara- FCA, ACA(ICAEW), FCMA, MBA(UK), ACCA, BSc and his team for their professional support.
Our journey began in Azerbaijan, where we were warmly welcomed by our partner, Imran Shihlinskiy, Their hospitality and eagerness to share their culture left a strong impression on us. We also talked about the market potential and upcoming opportunities in the region. With Allah’s will, we will officially launch there very soon.
The next step was setting up the holding company in Qatar. We were amazed by Doha’s strong business environment and the clear, organized processes.
Thanks to the hard work of our team and helpful advice from Nour Herzalah we were able to complete everything in just a few days. This is only the beginning, and many exciting goals are ahead.
A key moment of the trip was our visit to Bahrain. Together with Magzhan Kairanbay, we discussed how we can use AI and improve MLL in our projects. These were productive days where we built the structure for the R&D department within Qalan Group
In Cairo, Egypt, we had a meeting with Mr. Talgat, the economic advisor at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Egypt, We talked about the local market and its opportunities. Egypt has always been a challenging but promising market for us. Our work with partners continues, and soon, in sha Allah, we will share more updates.
One of the most inspiring discoveries was Amman, Jordan. This country has a strong business culture, welcoming people, and values that are close to ours. We visited the headquarters of Abwaab and met with Hamdi Tabbaa, Sabri Hakim We talked about the future of educational projects and agreed to build long-term relationships.
We also visited King Hussein Business Park where the parachute16 | برشوت16 team shared their projects. Special thanks to Nuha Khlaifat for her advice and warm welcome.
